I have been purchasing many things online for last couple of years but was little afraid of buying RO online due to many folks giving negative feedback. I visited a shop near to my house just to check whats his take is on this. He told me too many stories like Online won't give warranty/duplicate product/kent doesn't give service so in short he want me to buy it from his shop. i bought it from Flipkart only because somehow i had trust on Flipkart with past experiences. Order was delivered in One Day in Gurgaon. i called Kent Customer Care proactively to speedup the installation. Kent Customer Care asked me machine number written over the packing box and very next day my RO was installed by Kent. Flipkart also initiate the installation request but may be that can take little long in installation so better you call yourself and register your installation request. Don't trust on these local shop and you can buy this product. No such issue of warranty/service is there from Kent. They give the same priority and care of your request as for retail shops. I have been using this model for last 5 years in another house so bought the same for new house.

I am continuously calling Flipkart and Kent customer service to check the product that is installed. Water is coming from the tank. I think there is a hole in the tank. I have listen the sound of Kent RO installed in other houses/flats also but my RO sounds like the sound when we start some mixer/juicer While buying any product people see the customer support services, its been more than a week that I am getting the call from flipkart regarding the rating of this product but nobody from Kent visited yet. Even I have directly registered this issue via Kent tollfree number but no one visited yet. Worst product. Worst customer service by Kent and Flipkart. Completely unacceptable

I will provide a short and detail review on Kent product. My recommendation is to do detail study on quality of water available in your area and product capability. I failed to do that and Sale person took advantage of that and sold me a wrong product.My area TDS fluctuates from 800 to 1300.I brought Kent Pearl (Rs.16000) 3.5 years back knowing Kent is good brand and sales man form Orange Impex, Pune insured it is best product for this area.But in reality following parts were replaced approx. till date: RO -8 qty Carbon and Sediment -6 qty Other component Like FRT - 11 qty SCV( flow control valve) - 2 qty PUMP - 2 qty Main controller - 1 qtySince some of parts were free of charge in first year warranty and I missed few bills. Still the total parts cost in 2.5 years is Rs.20350 approx. which is more than 8000 per year. It is more than this because now for the part replace they are charging me another Rs. 6000 along with pump. So I am planning to replace complete system with other brand.Kent products are only capable of withstanding TDS 700 to 800 PPM and area having low scaling of water. My last pump could not last even a year due to scaling.Yes, it is fact that my area has more than 800 PPM and high scaling. But there are products in market which are capable to withstand these circumstances easily. I believe most of the area in India not falling under corporation will more less have my area condition.Later when I came to know from my colleague that we can avail AMC(Annual maintenance Charge) for Water purifier. I called KENT for AMC. Starting they denied to provide in my area. Later when I told other brand are charging Rs.5000 or less, they were willing to provide at Rs.7000, but before that I need to Spend Another Rs.7000 to renew my system parts.Finally I am planning to get a new water purifier instead of paying Rs.14000.Kent Sales and Services somewhat misleading and misguiding customer to go for their products, understating their product capabilities. You can understand they are hesitating to provide AMC after sale.

I had registered my complent more than 5 times through kent service app, my complent no is 180707-03493.. but after 24 hours it closed by service provider without any reason.. I have warranty card and bill copy after that they closed my case.. so please don't buy kent RO because service is important part but kent is not giving services time to time.
